Rachel Ray just produced beautifully crisp bacon from the microwave oven (or does everything look crispy on TV?)
1. Put two sheets of paper towel on a plate
2. Lay down the bacon
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 as the daily cholestrol quota requires
4. Top with two more sheets of paper towel
5. Microwave for 2-3 minutes per layer
How good is THAT?
